Yea I think this happens to everyone once and awhile where we get in a stump and think/worry about EVERYTHING. I hope it's over for you soon though ;)
don't let it consume you...everyone has had moments like that, but it's not so much how you deal with it while in it...but what you do about it...so take your moment...then pick yourself up and start makin moves.. :)
